About the campaign

This mission is a way to improve our knowledge of the marine turtle populations of Saint Martin.

By deploying Argos beacons on marine turtles (B.A.TO.) for feeding and reproduction, monitoring their movements makes it possible to set up means of protection on the scale of the island and the Caribbean.

• Purchase and installation of Argos beacons on 3 turtles in feeding and 3 turtles in reproduction in Saint Martin
• Travel monitoring by satellite signal reception
• Presentation of results in real time on the website.
